THE GIVING TREE
Take a peek at the "Giving Tree" for our teachers and their classes. Teachers have placed special
requests for items needed in their classroom, for example: electric pencil sharpeners, walkman headphones, glue sticks,
highlighters or other classroom supplies. If you would like to help out a classroom - it does not have to be a class
than your child is in. Please stop by the Tree, located on the bulletin board outside the office, and pick an apple.
Purchase the item as a gift and deliver it to the teacher or the office. Please know this is optional and just something
extra that we are doing for our teachers and their classes. You may also log this (in your VIPS log) purchase as
a donation to the school.

Membership
Shady Brook PTA Memberships is $6.00. You will
receive your membership card at the beginning of the school year and all memberships will count towards the classroom membership
contest. PTA COMMITTEE ASSISTANCE NEEDED for 2010-2011We have many committee chairs that will need your assistance to make next year even better than this year!
